After an extended break, I’m back gaming.
Well, that’s not entirely true; I’ve dabbled with a few games of Malifaux, played Dreadfleet once (does that even count?) and I have had one game of Warhammer Fantasy at 1000 points.
I’m also back at the painting table for the first time in ages.
Well, that’s not entirely true either; I have been working on models but not mine. We bought my eldest son the Island of Blood box set last Christmas and together, on the odd Saturday morning, we sit and scrape thousands of mould lines and glue countless numbers of arms into sockets – why, oh why I let him choose Skaven as his first army I will never know…!
So anyway….
New love.

A mold line scraper. Why haven’t I bought one of these beauties before?
Farewell to arms…
